The Ostomy Shower Guard elastic belt comes in small, medium, large, extra-large and custom-size. The elastic strap stretches around the middle abdominal to become more water-resistant when double strapped around the abdominal.
Large size 34-46 Inches. If around your abdominal past 46 inches, then purchase the next size up.
X-Large size 47-61 inches. If around your abdominal past 61 inches, then purchase the next size up and enter your measurements. ( Customize )

I really like the Ostomy Shower Guard Belt by EMPOWER YOUR CHANGE. The product itself works great, providing the protection and peace of mind I need when showering. It’s comfortable, durable, and does exactly what it promises to do. However, I have to knock off a star due to sizing issues. I ordered a size large, but the belt I received was way too big. After checking other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in this—there appears to be a recurring issue with getting the correct size shipped. I’d recommend double-checking your order and possibly ordering a size down or contacting customer service for sizing help. Overall, great product, but they definitely need to improve quality control on sizing!

I have another shower guard and the belt is an XL, so I bought another XL figuring it would be same size but it is way too big. Can I exchange it for a large? If you check my past orders I ordered an XL but for some reason this belt is way too long. If I can exchange it that would be awesome! Please let me know, I do love the product.

I like the system, but the belt sizing is a bit hard to determine for a snug fit. Also the elastic nature of the belt, which is necessary for a snug, dry fit, does wear out with constant use.
